Standard Shipping and Processing

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together. ships some items via FedEx SmartPost®, which utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery on a standard business day (Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays). The SmartPost shipping option means that FedEx will handle your package from Molly Mooska’s to your local U.S. post office and the U.S. postal service then completes final delivery.

Throughout the checkout process, the shipping costs displayed in your order summary are estimates and do not necessarily reflect the final shipping cost of your purchase. Options that incur surcharges (such as Freight Delivery or oversized items) or shipping to multiple addresses will affect shipping costs. The cost for shipping and handling is based upon order amount and shipping destination(s). The above table can be used as a guideline for estimating shipping, but final shipping charges may differ from the value shown above. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the Order Review & Payment screen.

Rush Shipping and Processing

For even faster delivery, we offer 2-Business Day Express Service. Express orders received by 1 p.m. (EST) are generally shipped the same day. For Standard and Express Delivery rates, consult our shipping and handling rate table.

Ship to Home items that incur surcharges (such as Freight Delivery or oversized items) do not qualify for rush shipping. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.

Free Ship to Store

We offer free shipping to the Molly Mooska's store of your choice on select items. These items are labeled with our Ship to Store logo on their product page and feature Ship to Store as a delivery option in your shopping cart. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. Orders are estimated to arrive in less than 10 business days. Southern CA stores may take up to 15 business days. After it is received by the store, you will have 21 days to pick up your order before it is cancelled.

Free Shipping Promotions

Occasionally Molly Mooska’s may offer promotions for free standard shipping on your online purchase. Offers are limited to one per customer. Offer is valid on online purchases of in-stock, Ship to Home items only. Offer may require a minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping. To redeem this online offer, enter the provided promotion code during checkout, hit apply promo, and order totals will be adjusted on qualifying orders. This promotion code is not valid with any other offer that requires you to enter another promotional code at checkout. If another code is entered at checkout, this offer will be void. At this time, we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories, international locations, Alaska, Hawaii or PO Box addresses. Not valid on previous purchases. Some exclusions may apply. Offer is not valid on Ship to Store, Freight Delivery, or oversized items that require a delivery surcharge.

Freight Delivery

Select large and heavy items are delivered via Freight Delivery, as indicated in the item description. Most freight deliveries will be delivered to the threshold of your home (garage, front entrance, etc.) or first dry area if the item will not fit through the front entrance in its carton. The item will be kept in its original packaging, and assembly is not included. Freight Delivery items do not qualify for rush shipping or shipping discounts.

Freight Delivery items typically arrive within 7-10 days of the shipment date. When the shipment arrives in your local area, a shipping agent will call you to schedule a specific day and 4-hour timeframe for delivery. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery via USPS First Class mail.

There are several ways to track the status of your order:

  • Check your email. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships.
  • Visit your account. Sign in to your account to view your complete order history and check your order status.
  • Lookup your order. You can look up an order with the following information/ order number, last name, and ZIP code.

Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order. Once shipped, your order may be handled by a carrier (FedEx or U.S. postal service) that provides tracking information until your order is delivered. Available tracking information is accessible in your account.

Order Discrepancies

If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact Molly Mooska's customer service immediately. Please report any item discrepancy or damage within 30 days of ordering so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner.

Address change

Unfortunately, the shipping address for an order cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
